Had a recall scheduled on my Ford F-350 to fix some tailgate issues. Service department checked and found some other recalls on the truck and fixed those as well saving me the hassle of rescheduling another appointment.

Never had a bad experience. Tracy, Bruce, Glory, all of them, great to do business with. Service department treats your vehicle like it's theirs. I'm very picky about my vehicle and service department respects that. Sales department are straight shooters. Credit guy? He's awesome as well. I highly recommend this place.

They were very helpful. Coming out to my Escape to make an errand. It was totally DEAD. Called Ellsworth Ford to ask if I could put a charger on it. They assured me I wouldn't harm anything. I was sceptical with all the electronics. My charger did not have a strong enough boost. Ellsworth Ford offered to have it towed in as an option. So I contacted my my son. My experience with Ellsworth Ford, and Larry Anderson (President) was one of the worst experiences I've had in dealing with auto service. I had brought my Lincoln LS (with under 100,000 miles) in for a routine service: an oil change, diagnostics on the cruise control, and diagnostics on the shift solenoid (would sometimes not shift from 3rd to 4th gear). These were, or so I thought, fairly safe and simple tasks. I drove my vehicle in to Ellsworth Ford and dropped them off the keys.
